An all-inclusive interior design and documentation package that will guide you through your renovation project from start to finish. The fee for full service varies from project to project, so please fill out the enquiry form to discuss your requirements.
Welcome Pack and initial consultation
Site visit and measuring
Development of design concepts, drawings and 3D renderings.
Sourcing and procurement of fixtures, finishes and fittings such as hard surfaces, flooring, furniture, soft furnishings, window treatments etc.
Bespoke joinery design, if required
Decorative specification
A lighting and electrical plan
Overseeing project development and building work on site, as required
Furnishing and styling the home upon completion of the renovation, if required
Full Design Service Overview
Your project will be carried out in 4 phases, each with a payment instalment. Each phase will be agreed and signed off before work starts.
Phase 1
Concept Development
Initial consultation, site visit and measuring. Concept development and space planning, 3D renderings of the design. Two on-site client meetings included.
Phase 2
Design Development
Finalise fixtures, fittings, finishes, all design documentation and technical drawings. Carry out required supplier visits. Complete lighting and electrical plans. Two on-site client meetings included.
Phase 3
Construction Period
Coordinate and arrange purchase of fixtures, fittings, finishes, lighting and flooring. Up to four site visits to check progress of construction work, including construction team meetings.
Two on-site client meetings included.
Phase 4
Furnishing and Installation
Finalise furniture, soft furnishings, art and accessories for the entire project. Coordinate trade orders for all furniture/accessories.
Two on-site client meetings included.
